1. Newburyport Exterior Refresh — A Coastal Home That Needed New Life!

This classic Newburyport home had beautiful character but years of New England weather had taken its toll. Faded trim, peeling clapboards, and sun damage along the ocean-facing side meant the house needed real attention.

What we did:

• Full power wash + mildew treatment

• Scraped, sanded, and spot-primed peeling areas

• Replaced rotted corner boards with PVC

• Two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select (High Build)

• Fresh semi-gloss trim to sharpen the architectural lines

Result:
The home looked brighter, cleaner, and instantly more valuable. This was one of those before-and-after moments where the homeowners said, “We didn’t realize how worn it looked until we saw the transformation.”
